College, Corporate & Hunt Balls

RJCC Events provide sound systems, lighting systems, staging, outdoor lighting, and video for any college event. We are based in Oxfordshire and have steadily taken a range of bookings for Oxford Colleges and National Universities every year which gives us some of the best experience in the industry.

Recent balls have also included Malvern College Summer Ball 2009 & 2010, 'Fox Rocks' Ledbury Hunt NYE & Summer Ball – voted by Horse & Hound magazine as 'Ball of the Year'. RJCC Events supplied our award winning Portable Nightclub, Band Equipment and DJ for this spectacular party in conjunction with Capability Events and mouth-watering catering from Williams Kitchens.

We can provide mobile bar services, architectural/garden lighting, gain their correct licensing and work alongside existing campus management and catering teams.
